FUNdamentals
On Wednesday 4th February 2009 Awesome Walls Liverpool will be hosting a FUNdamentals of Climbing workshop. The BMC FUNdamentals of climbing workshops are designed for those coaching climbing, especially those coaching young people. FUNdamentals contains both theoretical and practical elements, concentrating on good practice and ways to teach climbing movement. It draws on the findings of academic research, and the knowledge and experience of many climbing coaches.
