New Training Regimes!!

We have now devised training booklets for beginner, Intemediate and advanced to help you get stronger, and increase your climbing ability!
The idea is to incorporate these short workouts and problems into your routine for fast results, and a different challenge.

They are FREE and we are producing them as often as we set the relevant walls so you won't get bored of the problems, and your ability will progess as you won't get in the stale training rut!
